All prices quoted are for the entire house, regardless of number of guests. Maximum capacity is 6 guests including children & infants.
If your search shows that there are no available rooms, it may be due to the following minimum stay requirements:
2 Nights (Regular Periods)
5 Nights (School Holidays)
7 Nights (Christmas Period)

Booking Terms
A copy of your driver's license is required at the time of full payment for verification purposes.
A pre-authorisation for a refundable security deposit of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card the day before check-in. This security deposit will be released shortly after your stay, provided no damages occur during your time at the property. If any damages are discovered, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit, and any remaining balance will be released.
Please note that entry codes for the property will only be provided once the pre-authorisation is complete and a copy of your driver's license has been received.
Linen is provided for your stay. Beach towels are not provided.
PARTIES and GATHERINGS are NOT permitted.
This property is intended strictly for quiet stays. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Exterior security camera's have been installed to monitor guest arrival numbers. Guests found violating this policy will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund provided. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in maintaining the residential nature of our neighbourhood.
